We have found the dogs and cats have different shaped bodies like people do, so sometimes standardized sizes are a bit off. Our recommended sizes are good for general purposes but your dachshund, or bull dog may need something different. Please feel free to contact us help on size recommendations. For many items we include a sizing chart with our images.

Yes we do. Shipping for additional items is $1 for each item. Full shipping will be charged for the first item, then $1 for each item thereafter. We can handle this discount after the fact by refunding through PayPal, or you may request an invoice and the discount will be applied there.

Paid orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. The majority of our items are first class US Postal Service. These costs will show up during the check out process. Generally items sent via first class USPS arrive within 3-5 days after shipping. We have had some instances of USPS first class shipping going to the the west coast (California, Oregon and Washington) as well as to Hawaii and Alaska taking a week or longer. We will offer priority mail shipping. Extra charges apply. We recommend this for quicker shipping times (2-3 days), especially to the west coast, Alaska and Hawaii.

Yes we do. Not all of our items are posted here, but feel free to inquire about something for your pet you'd like.

Yes you can. The item must be returned clean, undamaged and in it's original package (where applicable). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
